Pre-Emergent Weed Barrier
Stop weeds before they germinate. We apply a soil-level barrier in early spring that prevents broadleaf and crabgrass seeds from ever surfacing. One application, done before the weeds know they're losing.

How a season unfolds
Soil Reading
We measure soil temperature at multiple depths the week before application. The window in Chilliwack is usually mid-March to mid-April.
Application
Granular barrier laid down with calibrated spreader. The lawn looks normal immediately afterward. No staining, no smell.
Activation
The barrier needs water to set. We watch the forecast and time application before a rain. If no rain hits in 5 days, we walk back and irrigate.
Season Check
Mid-summer follow-up to inspect for breakthroughs. Anywhere weeds slipped past gets a post-emergent boost on the spot.
Final pricing scales with property size, weed pressure, and program length. Quotes are no-commitment.
Common intel
Mid-March to mid-April, as soon as soil temperatures stay above 50°F at 4-inch depth. Apply too early and the barrier breaks down before weeds germinate. Apply too late and the seeds are already up.
