Most weed services in the Fraser Valley make you submit a form, wait for a callback, sit through a sales pitch, and then maybe get a number that does not match what the website implied. We do not operate that way.
The prices on this page are the actual prices we charge for properties up to one acre. If your property is bigger or has unique conditions, the walk-through is free, the adjustment is named upfront, and you have an exact number before any work starts. No estimates that turn into invoices.

What if my property is bigger than 1 acre?
We do a 20-minute walk-through and provide a written quote inside 24 hours. The base rates on this page apply up to 1 acre. Beyond that, we add a per-quarter-acre fee that we name upfront. You will have an exact number before any work begins.
Are there contracts?
No. You can stop service at any time. We bill per visit, not per year. The annual numbers shown are for budgeting, not commitment. If you switch tiers mid-season we prorate the difference.
What is not included?
Lawn renovation (overseeding, dethatching, aeration), irrigation work, fertilizer programs, and tree or shrub care. Our job is weed control. We can recommend partners we trust for those other services.
What does the 30-day guarantee actually mean?
If a treated weed comes back inside 30 days of an application, we come back and re-treat. No paperwork, no extra charge, no exclusions. Twelve years and we have not refused a guarantee callback.
Do you offer organic-only options?
Yes. The Sentinel and Guardian tiers can be configured as organic-only programs at the same rate. Effectiveness against heavy infestations is lower with organic protocols and we will name that on the walk-through.
How do payments work?
We invoice after each visit by email. You pay by e-Transfer, credit card, or cheque. No upfront payment. Commercial accounts can set up monthly billing with PO support.
