GreenGuard Weed Control ("GreenGuard," "we," "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of our customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act(PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

We collect personal information necessary to provide weed control services:

- Service history: treatment dates, products applied, property notes
- Payment information: processed through third-party payment processors; we do not store card numbers
- Website data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited via standard web analytics

- Schedule and deliver weed control services at your property
- Send service confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Comply with provincial pesticide application record-keeping requirements

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal requirements. BC pesticide regulations require us to keep application records for a minimum of three years. We securely destroy information that is no longer needed.

7. Access and Correction
